Forget all those stories about tradesmen not turning up, or being late, or doing a shoddy job or leaving the work site looking as if a bomb had hit it. Ronn’s team were the polar opposite of that. They were polite, prompt, caring of the customers needs and circumstances, professional in every way. We couldn’t fault them in the slightest. We are so grateful we chose them to install the lift in our home. It’s given us a new lease on life now that we can both enjoy the whole home and its ambiance together.

We had a compact lift installed by Gary and his team at Mid North Coast Home Lifts in 2018. This was for internal access from the garage to a granny flat above. We had considered the option of a set of stairs with a chair lift added but chose the compact lift because of its minimal space requirements and comparable cost overall.

When our lift stopped working I rang Gary, who said he’d arrange for someone to come & check it out.
I said it wasn’t that urgent, but two days later Gary himself arrived, only to tell me that the key was in the “Off” position & I hadn’t noticed. The lift was working perfectly!

I recently had a Compact Elegance Plus wheelchair lift installed in my home.
Being confined to a wheelchair for a little over a year and living in a two storey house made my ability to use the stairs both difficult and painful.
To have sold the house and moved into a single storey would have cost a lot more than the price of the lift and I would have been leaving a house that my husband and I both love.
The installation was done in two days with no fuss or disruption, the workmen were efficient and friendly.
Since the installation of the lift my life has changed, I come up and down as I please with no help required.

It turned out to be a seamless experience as Gary developed my plan and placement over three months which involved drilling out through six inches of elevated concrete slab from my enclosed garage to my balcony. His guidance and patience helped me make the right decisions from commencement through to building a ‘Tiki Hut’ on the exposed balcony which doubles as a bar when the unit is downstairs.
